what we are about...
Athletic Trainer Finder was built to solve a simple problem: athletic trainers deserve clear, centralized access to job opportunities across the profession.

For years, athletic training jobs have been scattered across school district websites, hospital portals, staffing agencies, association boards, and membership-gated platforms. Many roles lack salary transparency. Others are difficult to find unless you know exactly where to look.
The result is frustrating on both sides.

Athletic trainers spend too much time searching for complete job information.
Employers struggle to reach the right candidates.

AT Finder was created to help close that gap.

What started as a centralized job board and weekly digest has grown into a larger platform focused on job access, salary transparency, employer visibility, and better connections across the athletic training profession.

Today, Athletic Trainer Finder is working to build one of the largest databases of live athletic trainer jobs, giving ATs one place to see what opportunities are actually available.

The platform is built around a simple mission:
Build something useful. Serve athletic trainers. Grow the profession.
AT Finder gives athletic trainers:
-
Free access to job opportunities
-
A centralized place to search live athletic training roles
-
Salary information whenever available
-
Clearer breakdowns of job settings, expectations, and role details
-
Real-world commentary on the athletic training job market
-
A free weekly newsletter highlighting new opportunities and market trends
-
Access to the AT Finder Talent Network, a more private way to explore future opportunities
Athletic trainers are never charged to view jobs.
Ever.

As the platform has grown, AT Finder has also expanded its support for employers. Employers can post basic listings, increase visibility through featured placements, participate in employer spotlights, and connect with athletic trainers through the Talent Network.
But visibility does not equal endorsement.

AT Finder’s goal is not to simply promote jobs. The goal is to make the job market easier to understand, easier to navigate, and more aligned with the long-term growth of the profession.
The AT Finder Talent Network is the next step in that mission.

It gives athletic trainers a more private way to share what they are looking for in their next role, including setting preferences, location flexibility, salary expectations, schedule needs, relocation interest, and career goals.

For employers, it creates a better way to understand what athletic trainers actually value and what it takes to attract qualified candidates in today’s market.
Athletic training is evolving.

Access to opportunity should evolve with it.
About the Founder

Kyle Peckham, MS, MBA, ATC
Athletic Trainer Finder was founded by Kyle Peckham, an athletic trainer and the AT Coverage Coordinator for the Vermont Principals’ Association.

Through his work with athletic directors, school leaders, and athletic trainers, Kyle kept hearing the same questions:
“Where should we post our job?”
“How do we reach athletic trainers?”
“Why aren’t we getting applicants?”
At the same time, athletic trainers were sharing their own frustrations: jobs were hard to find, salary information was often missing, and many opportunities were locked behind membership-gated job boards.

Athletic Trainer Finder was Kyle’s answer.

The platform is built from the perspective of someone who understands both sides of the hiring process: the athletic trainer trying to find the right opportunity and the employer trying to build a sustainable role.

Kyle’s focus is simple: support athletic trainers, improve access to quality opportunities, and make the hiring process better for everyone involved.

AT Finder is not built to replace relationships.
It is built to make the market clearer, more transparent, and easier to navigate.
