Athletic Trainer Finder was created to tackle a long-standing problem in the profession: athletic trainers don’t have one reliable place to see every job available to them.

More than half of certified ATs aren’t NATA members, which means a massive portion of the workforce never sees the full job market. Jobs get buried in school district portals, posted without salary information, or lost on generic healthcare boards. ATs waste time digging. Employers struggle to reach the right people. Everyone loses.

We aim to fix that.

Athletic Trainer Finder is a centralized job board and newsletter that gives every athletic trainer—regardless of association membership—open access to the most complete list of athletic training jobs we can find. All that’s required is a free email subscription. No paid memberships. No dues. No restricted listings.

Our goal is simple: every job. every week.

Transparency is one of our core standards. Any job we promote or designate as verified must include salary details. If an employer wants visibility, they must show the numbers. This raises expectations across the profession and gives ATs the clarity they need to make informed career decisions without guesswork.

We’re here for employers, too.

About the Founder

Kyle Peckham, MS, MBA, ATC

Kyle Peckham is an athletic trainer and the AT Coverage Coordinator for the Vermont Principals’ Association. In this role, he works directly with athletic directors and school leaders across the region, helping them navigate the challenges of hiring and retaining qualified athletic trainers.

Over time, Kyle started hearing the same questions from ADs everywhere:

“Where should we post our job?”

“How do we reach athletic trainers?”

“Why aren’t we getting applicants?”

At the same time, athletic trainers told him how difficult it was to find clear, complete job information in one place—and how frustrated they were paying the dues for the membership gated job boards.

Athletic Trainer Finder was Kyle’s answer.

The platform is built around a simple mission:

By pulling jobs into one place, requiring salary transparency for promoted roles, and making listings accessible through a free weekly newsletter, AT Finder gives athletic trainers a full view of the job market—and gives employers a better way to reach the right candidates.
