Associate Athletic Trainer

Baltimore Metro Area
$60,000+ starting salary | $2,000 sign-on bonus

Two Baltimore openings are currently available:
• One Position closes 2/27/2026, One Position closes 3/20/2026

This is not a traditional sideline role. No nights. No weekends. No game coverage.

Instead of chasing buses and covering double-headers, you’ll work a structured 9/80 schedule — which means every other Friday off. That’s 26 built-in three-day weekends per year.

CIP Solutions applies the sports medicine model to industry. You’ll work with “workplace athletes” — helping employees prevent injuries, move better, and return to work safely. If you value work-life balance, predictable hours, and a professional environment where your expertise is respected, this role is built for you.

The Work (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

You will function as a healthcare professional embedded in the workplace environment.

Your day-to-day includes:

  • Evaluating and triaging musculoskeletal concerns early

  • Performing ergonomic risk assessments

  • Coaching proper body mechanics and movement strategies

  • Designing functional strength and mobility education

  • Supporting injury prevention initiatives

  • Collaborating with Occupational Health on return-to-work and light duty planning

  • Building relationships across all levels of the organization — from craft workers to executive leadership

You are not standing on a sideline waiting for injuries to happen.
You are preventing them.

You will apply athletic training skills in risk reduction, early recognition, and guided return — just in a different setting.
