Moore Wellness Systems is an athletic trainer-owned company founded by Brett Moore and built on the belief that athletic trainers play an important role in workplace health and injury prevention.
Today, Moore Wellness Systems employs more than 80 athletic trainers who support injury prevention and employee wellness programs at facilities nationwide.
About the Role
Moore Wellness Systems is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to support injury prevention and workplace health programs in an industrial or occupational setting.
Athletic trainers in this role work directly with employees to identify musculoskeletal concerns early, implement injury prevention strategies, and support employee wellness initiatives. This position plays an important role within the facility’s safety and health program.
Primary responsibilities include injury prevention programming, ergonomic evaluations, and Job Hazard Analysis support. The athletic trainer also evaluates and treats musculoskeletal complaints and provides employee education related to safe body mechanics and injury prevention.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, safety professionals, and management teams in a professional industrial environment.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer
• State athletic training license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in an occupational setting"
